GMI Express offers a membership affiliate program related to the travel industry, for a business opportunity and benefits to its members. GMI express has developed an online platform that serves the purposes of the business intended for its members to provide equal chance of success to all its members.
GMI Express makes no guaranties or claims for success of any individual or corporate member. A membership can be achieved only via referrals from an existing member or the corporate company directly.
It is taken for granted that a Joining member has been in contact with a sponsor, joined a convention or an online seminar and understands the business model and agrees to its rules and regulations. A member accepts that all relevant information concerning his/her individual portfolio is placed online under its unique panel. Moreover, he/she accepts all official content and lines of communication specified and updated on the site under the Announcements, FAQ page, and individual panel.
A member agrees not to hold GMI Express responsible for any lack of service provided by a third party vendor involved as a Strategic Alliance Partner with us. You also agree to comply and assist GMI Express to solve any situation caused by a third Party without damaging the image of Organization at any given point.
Use of Site Services
The site may contain bulletin board services, forums, chat areas, and/or other message facilities designed to enable users to communicate with the public at large or with a group. You agree to use these facilities only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the purpose of the business. By way of example, but not limitation, you agree that, when using these facilities, you will not: deframe, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others; publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information; upload or otherwise make available files that contain images, photos, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (including rights of privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; or use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the site in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy or publicity, or other proprietary right of any party.
Charges Additional Purchases
A member purchasing a product via GMI Express, acknowledges that his/her account is intended for individual purchases and commits to use a proven self owned method of payment unique to his/ her account and owned by the member.
A member acknowledges that all product's terms and conditions are clearly specified before purchase of the product.
Payments
Payment schedules are posted on the FAQ page, and the available amounts for withdrawal are specified on each individual members panel.
Payments and commissions are paid according to the membership levels.
Cancelation Policy:
A member can cancel its membership at any time with a one (1) week advance notice. The cancelation of the membership does not imply a refund of the amount made for the original joining into the opportunity presented by a GMIEXPRESS associates
Refund Policy:
GMI Express does NOT offer a refund once a member has joined. We offer assistance to your sponsor that will help you to understand the business model prior to joining.
Disputes
All members must comply with the rules of disputes, contacting directly the corporate company via the instruction on its individual Panel. All Disputes are governed by Hong Kong and Malaysia laws.
